How soon will my order ship?
Whenever possible, all orders ship next business day of when order was received.
Shipping options include Ground (3-5 business days), 2-Day and Overnight for all US orders.
Orders shipping outside of the US are shipped Standard-3-7 business days, WW Saver- 2-3 business days or US Express Mail- 3-7 business days.
If I place my order today, will it be possible for me to receive it tomorrow?
While Overnight options are available, we cannot always guarantee the ability to ship the same day. We recommend that you place your order at least 3 business days in advance in order to avoid any delays in receiving it in a timely manner without incurring extra shipping fees.
Is there a discount if I order in bulk?
Yes, NuSmile offers a monthly discount when your order 50 or more NuSmile Signature and/or NuSmile ZR individual crowns and pay your statement on or before the 15th. You may also take advantage of this discount if you order 50 or more crowns and pay at the time the order is placed. For orders with 50 crowns or more you may deduct a 5% discount, for orders of 100 or more crowns you may deduct a 10% discount. Please note that NuSmile SSC’s are automatically discounted based on the quantity ordered.
What is NuSmile’s Warranty and Return Policy?
NuSmile honors a 100% Replacement Guarantee on returned, fractured crowns. We warranty all NuSmile ZR and Signature Crowns against manufacturing defects, however, please be aware that fracture may occur when seated with excessive force. We will gladly provide a complete refund or credit for any unused, restockable product returned within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, unused crowns may be returned for account credit or size exchanges only, and subject to a restocking fee. We cannot accept any returned crowns shipped in any type of envelope.
I am a dentist outside of the US or Canada and want to place an order? Can I buy direct from NuSmile?

What are your Billing Policies?
An account may be established for registered doctors practicing in the United States. The credit limit on accounts is $1500. Itemized invoices are sent with orders and are due on or before the end of the month, credit cards are accepted and may be kept on file in our secure webstore. A monthly interest charge of 0.5% will be added to all account balances over 30 days. All orders shipping outside the US must be paid by credit card or bank draft prior to the order shipping.
