Universal Style

Anterior crowns are fabricated with both point angles slightly square so that the distal point angle may be slightly rounded in the operatory to make a right or left side crown. Right or left crowns are available at no additional charge, if preferred.

Regular or Short Length

Regular length anterior crowns are preferred by most doctors for the best long-term esthetics, stability and retention of the crown. Regular length crowns are the same length as a standard stainless steel crown. Short length crowns are 1mm shorter in length and may be best used for the very young pediatric dental patient.

Extra Light or Light

Extra Light or Light — Extra Light Crowns are NuSmile's original pedo shade. Light Crowns are slightly more yellow than the original pedo shade and may provide a better shade match on some single tooth applications.

Custom RX™ Crowns

Custom RX™ Crowns are available only to U.S. customers made according to the specifications of the ordering doctor. Some examples of Custom RX™ Crown instructions are: on anterior crowns for the shape of the crowns to be more oval, for the crowns to include a special labial or lingual crimp, or for the lingual to also be veneered; on posterior crowns for the lingual to also be veneered or for the buccal only to be veneered. You may also send to the laboratory your own stainless steel crowns, trimmed and shaped to your preferences, for the esthetic facing to be applied. Some doctors prefer to send a pre-op model for the laboratory to prep and custom fit a crown. This is a good option for beginning posterior cases when selecting the proper size crown may be an issue. A model of both arches is preferred. Custom RX™ instructions may be kept on file, and referenced for future orders. Custom RX™ Crowns cannot be restocked and so may not be returned for exchange or credit. Call 1-800-346-5133 or e-mail to request Custom RX™ Crown services.

Billing Policies

An open account may be established for registered doctors practicing in the United States.The credit limit on open accounts is $2500. Itemized invoices are sent with all orders and monthly summary statements are mailed at the beginning of each month. Statements may be received shortly before your order is delivered. All accounts are due on or before the 15th of the month. An interest charge of .5% will be added to all account balances over 30 days. All orders from outside the USA must be paid by credit card or bank draft.

University Programs

Pediatric dental faculty and residents can schedule a free live webinar, "Esthetic Restoration of Primary Anterior Teeth," presented by Dr. Ray Stewart and Dr. William Waggoner. The webinar reviews various treatment options for ECC cases, takes about 70-90 minutes and is followed by a question and answer session with an experienced clinician. Information packets, including an instructional DVD, are supplied for each participant. A complimentary kit of NuSmile® Crowns is provided for incoming residents in conjunction with each scheduled webinar. In addition, the training program receives special university discounts for all future purchases of NuSmile® Crowns. Shipping Policies & Insurance

All non-customized orders will normally ship the next business day of when the order was received. Orders are shipped when complete via one to two day service in the USA. All orders from outside the USA are shipped via Standard (Canada & Mexico, 4-5 day service). Expedited℠ (Canada & Mexico, 3 day; other countries, 4-5 day service), Express℠ (Canada & Mexico, 1 day, other countries, 2 day service) or Express Mail (3-5 day service outside USA) as determined by the ordering doctor and with the associated shipping fees added to the invoiced charges. Orders with product totaling $450.00 or more will have insurance fees added to the invoice.

Return Policy and Warranty

We will gladly provide a complete refund or credit for any unused, restockable product returned within 90 days. Beyond 90 days, unused crowns may be returned for account credit or size exchanges only, and subject to a restocking fee. We cannot accept any returned crowns shipped in any type of envelope. Custom RX™ Crowns cannot be returned. We warranty all NuSmile® Crowns against manufacturing defects, however, please be aware that excessive forces or trauma may occasionally result in fracture and the loss of portions of the esthetic material. NuSmile® Crowns honors a 100% Replacement Guarantee on returned, fractured crowns.
